FCL – all goods in the container are listed on a single Bill of Lading, and as such are owned by a single party. It does not matter how full the container is. Payment is made on the basis of a full container.
LCL – enables importers to ship smaller amounts of cargo that’s not of a large enough volume to make FCL a viable option. This means your cargo is combined with other shipping consignments headed in the same direction. Unlike FCL which has a flat rate per container, LCL is charged based on the volume, set in metrics.
Customs clearance can be complex and result in costly fines and delays if not carried out correctly. We provide a comprehensive customs clearance service for import and export shipments whatever your country of origin and destination.
