Chief Accountant

The Chief Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial and tax reporting of the group and its constituent entities, as well as foreign affiliates. The primary responsibilities of the person employed in this position include:

  • organization of the accounting system to implement financial, tax and management reporting requirements,
  • supervision of the implementation of financial and tax reporting requirements,
  • organizing the work of the Accounting Department and directing the work of the team,
  • implementing solutions to increase the efficiency of FK processes,
  • cooperation with auditors, tax advisors, tax inspection authorities and offices;

Requirements:

  • university degree in accounting, economics, finance, taxation and related fields,
  • thorough knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, supported by several years of experience as Chief Accountant of a capital group and qualification as a Certified Public Accountant and/or ACCA,
  • very good knowledge of tax regulations, including the following issues: related party transactions (transfer pricing documentation), transfers to foreign entities (withholding tax), MDR,
  • experience in managing a team (more than 15 FTE),
  • very good knowledge of English,
  • developed interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills,
  • diligence, communication skills, responsibility
