We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager with a passion for providing clients with an amazing customer experience. You’ll manage the strategic relationships with our key clients and be their first point of contact, ensuring Ligentia are delivering the best service levels, enhancing and developing the supply chain and enabling greater integration through our technology platform, Ligentix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of escalation on key strategic accounts.
  • Ensure all customers receive consistent service levels.
  • Delivery of KPI’s through Ligentix Analytics.
  • Deliver supply chain development to customers.
  • Deliver best practice and global knowledge to customers.
  • Assist sales team in delivery of new business where required.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on customer issues and performance.
  • Close liaison with Customer Success to understand any issues and work on resolutions.
  • Ligentix adoption by customers.
  • Ensure operational stability and address and issues with Customer Success and Freight Operations.
  • Ligentix understanding and ability to detail customer requirements for development.

What you’ll bring to Ligentia

  • A “can-do” mentality, able to build trusted relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • A strong commercial acumen and analytical approach, able to identify what’s needed to boost customer performance and growth.
  • A diligent attitude to tasks management, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of NPS/C-SAT preferred.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain industry knowledge preferred, but not essential.
