People Business Partner

Given our phenomenal growth and success, we’ve recently expanded our service offering into the USA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to join our expanding regional team, headquartered in Irvine, CA.

As a new team, we’ve got a start-up vibe, but with all the benefits of being within a mature, stable and highly successful global organisation. Reporting directly to the Global People Director based in the UK and working in close partnership with the President, North America, you’ll play an important role in helping us build and accelerate our USA growth ambitions.

Duties will include:

• Operating as a strategic business partner, to advise, guide and challenge the President, North America and key stakeholders by providing high level of people management support across all functions of the business in the USA.
• Work with global People team colleagues to shape, develop and deliver People strategy, plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business.
• Provide expert advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and employees on People programs, policies and procedures, employment laws, change management, and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
• Perform payroll and benefit administrative duties and resolve payroll-related problems or questions; consult with ADP as necessary to assist in the process.
• Undertake recruitment activities leading to equitable hiring of a qualified and diverse workforce.
• Serve as the key liaison with all third-party HR service providers.
