Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business from new customers. Develop new business opportunities through sales call and presentations to potential customers in local market. Retention from assigned customers and continuous growth for the existing accounts.
  • Schedule sufficient number of appointments with potential clients, in line with KPIs and quality standards. Conduct physical customer visits for business expansion purpose.
  • Identify potential business for Ligentia network partners by generating qualified sales leads and follow up on all sales leads from overseas and ensure they are and immediate action is taken.
  • Cooperate with other department of the company. Develop close and cooperative relation with cooperation staffs to make sure customers needs are met. Build up a smooth connection and collaboration with team to assist in speeding up the solutions for business related issues.
  • Regular review on own sales performance vs target and goal, timely escalate to line manager for help to achieve the sales budget.
  • Controlled AR under policy and make sure AR will be collected in time.


  • Education /Qualifications: College/University graduates
  • Result-Oriented, Self-motivated for the sales target, especially the Gross Profit target assigned from management.
  • Minimum 5 years Sales experience in international freight forwarding Logistics Company.
  • Earlier roles with customer service or operation background will be preferred
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Able to work within deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Team player, Result-oriented and independent.
  • Good PC knowledge is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
