The Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain is a critical member of the product management team, responsible for leading the development and launch of new supply chain products and features.

This role is at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, design excellence, and supply chain transformation. In this role, you will spearhead the development and launch of trailblazing supply chain products and features and reimagine complex workflows to create intuitive, high-impact solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, define product specifications, and drive the product development process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and manufacturing supply chains, as well as experience with supply chain optimization, technology, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full product life cycle: from ideation, research, design, and development to launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and achieve business goals.
  • Interface with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products
  • Translate complex supply chain and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities in the retail and manufacturing space.
  • Track and measure product performance and make necessary improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest supply chain trends and technologies
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers
  • Ensure products meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Anticipate holding 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of retail and manufacturing supply chains, fortified by hands-on experience in supply chain optimization, technology, and platforms.
  • A natural knack for simplifying complex workflows—transforming confusion into clarity and inefficiency into streamlined operation.
  • An innate sense of style and design that reflects in all aspects of your work, ensuring our products don’t just work well but also look and feel amazing.
  • A fervent commitment to product quality and vision, always striving for excellence while keeping an eye on the broader landscape of possibilities.

  • Experience in technology and platforms, including physical hardware and software solutions.
